actually everything was second to none, my next choice again in hong kong. i liked the original-style building, well-appointed and top-notch room with harbour view. as for me, the location was comfortable, not far from the most beautiful commercial areas and the main shopping area or the star ferry terminal and the above and beyond restaurant-which was a top 5-lifetime dining experience. i ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

Amazing stay with fine views!
Just spent 4 nights here and loved it! Staff were super friendly and super helpful, like wow! The pool was awesome, and the Above and Beyond restaurant had the best vibe with great food. Only thing was, the check-in took a bit long, but it was worth it for the service we got. Definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with fine views of Victoria Harbour, and it was super convenient to stroll to Kowloon Park, just a short walk away for some fresh air and nature after our city adventures.

The service and staff at the hotel were excellent, both merits made me to say there is no similar 5 stars hotel experience I have ever had! The hotel young staff Mr. Chapman Wang was very helpful on all the requests and need that I applied. The club room is really worthwhile, specially if you take a harbour room, the views are amazing. The toiletries were good quality and the bathroom was great, the shower was nice, and my 5 years old child just did not want to came out from the tub. Definitely, the free mini bar is a plus, there is not including any alcohol, but it has Perrier and still water. The Nespresso machine in the room is wonderful for coffee addictict like us. The iron in the room is also helpful!
This is not a complalin, but a reminder to those people who is breastfeeding. The hotel staff were very nice and came every time with a tray when I called to give the breast milk for storage in the freezer, however, even I reminded everyone to store the milk pack in the freezer (under zero), at the day of check out I found out all the packs are just cold, not even as hard as an ice cube. Thanks to Mr. Chapman Wang, he took the care and rectified the situtation to put all storage packs immediately in the freezer and when we came back 2 hours later after the last sight seeing, the milk was already half frozen. This is due to there is no such request in their experiences, and the staffs are too young and have no knowledge about the storage of this kind of food

Brand new hotel. Very innovative concept of vertical garden on the wall. There is a lounge 'Timeless'. After check out or in case if rooms are unavailable one can stay in this lounge. This idea is very good especially the lounge has a good snack bar & Nespresso machine. The swimming pool has a very good view of the harbour. We stayed in a harbour view room & night view was wonderful. Much better than those hyped bars in HK who charge hefty prices because of harbour view. Free wi-fi was good though one or two days there were delays in connectivity. Very very friendly staff. Restaurant 'Market place' had a cosmopolitan menu. The chinese fine dining restaurant 'Above & beyond' though expensive gave an option to try few expensive wines by the glass. (Thanks to their wine referigent which can keep opened bottles fresh upto 21 days). The hotel is almost at the end of its soft launch phase with the swimming pool fully usable now. Just the spa remains to be opened. And for sure the prices will be increased as well.
1) The staff are new. They lack the experience which one would normally find in other hotels in HK. They are too overwhelming. They suggest us to walk to the MTR station (10-12 mts walk) when the hotel shuttle bus had a drop at i-Square which is close to TsimshaTsui MTR and a better choice instead of this 10-12 mts walk to the MTR. 2) The TV remote is not responsive enough. I thought it was the battery problem. But probably due to poor reception. 3) A/C was good but at times it wud be in full blast even if its kept on 'low'. 4) They dont have a clear demarcation of room service, house keeping/hospitality & front desk. Twice when I called, the service desk cud not answer my query and asked me to check with front desk who again put me on hold to check & revert back. 5) Such a big wooden front door in the reception? Poor staff they push and pull it so hard for guest entry. Poor design. 6) Despite Booked.net stating that the credit card would not be charged, I found they already charged it. This is a good value for money hotel. Good facilities for the slightly lower price. However, I believe they could do better if they fix these small small aspects.
